OMEGA BUMPER MOVEMENTS SERIAL NUMBER
The fully serviced 17 jewels bumper automatic movement is an Omega caliber 344 with serial number 14219349, dating this watch to 1954. The case model is F6249 and measures 34.6mm across excluding crown by 42.8mm lug tip to lug tip. The 14k gold filled case is unpolished in great condition. Decorated with a unique metallic dial and beautiful lugs, this Seamaster is worth a second look. This is a clean and attractive Omega Seamaster Automatic watch. The caliber 354 movement that is housed in this watch is a “bumper” movement, which winds the watch by bouncing a bumper back and forth off a pair of springs on opposite sides of the watch. Measurements: 36 mm without crown and 38.7 mm with crown. This early iteration of the Seamaster was manufactured in 1952 and represents a milestone in Omega’s watch-making legacy.
